The mission of the Library Foundation of Hillsboro is…

• To foster and reflect community commitment to education and the pursuit of knowledge by providing access and opportunities, through advocacy and financial support of the Hillsboro Public Library, and
    
• To educate, encourage, enrich and enlighten the population by enhancing collections, technology, services, and facilities of the Hillsboro Public Library
